We want you to be satisfied with your Cymbiotikalife order. This policy explains the difference between a change-of-mind return and a defective or damaged product return.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items. The return window starts on the date the carrier marks the package as delivered.
Change of Mind (Remorse)
A change-of-mind return means you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or changed your mind after delivery. For these returns:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must include all original inserts, seals, and components.
- You are responsible for contacting us to start the return.
- The return is sent by mail to our return address.
- Return shipping is free.
- No restocking fee and no return fee apply.
- No reset fee applies.
Because dietary supplements are personal-use products, opened or used supplements cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This rule protects product safety and hygiene.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product
A defective return means the product arrived damaged, the wrong item was sent, or the product has a quality defect. For these returns:
- Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Provide photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
- If available, provide the product lot number.
- We will review the issue and provide return instructions.
- Return shipping is free.
- We will send a replacement or issue a refund after the return is received and inspected.
If the product is defective, the responsibility for the return belongs to Cymbiotikalife. If you changed your mind, the responsibility for returning the unused product in original packaging belongs to you. In both cases, you must contact us first to receive return instructions before mailing anything back.
How to Start a Return
Email info@cymbiotikalife.my or use the contact form on our Contact Us page. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions, a return authorization, and the correct return address.

Returns must be sent by mail. Do not send returns without first contacting us. We are not responsible for returns sent to the wrong address or without return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we inspect the item. If the return meets this policy, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider normally posts the refund within 7–10 business days. The exact posting time depends on your bank or card issuer.
We do not charge restocking fees. We do not charge return shipping fees for eligible returns. We do not charge a reset fee.
