If you place an order after 2:00 PM PT, on a weekend, or on a U.S. federal holiday, processing begins on the next business day. The total delivery time is calculated as processing time plus transit time. For example, an order confirmed on Monday before 2:00 PM PT is normally processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, for a total of 4–7 business days.
We ship to physical addresses in the contiguous United States. If a carrier reports that an address is incomplete or undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order.
If a package is delayed by weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control, we will provide the tracking information available to us and work with the carrier to help locate the shipment. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at info@cymbiotikalife.my after the delivery scan so we can review the carrier record and provide the next steps.
For supplement products, please follow the storage and handling instructions on the product label after delivery. Shipping temperatures and transit times can vary by season and destination. If your order arrives with visible damage, keep the packaging and contact us before using the product.
