Orders
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We review orders before fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the information is incomplete, if fraud is suspected, if the product is unavailable, or if a pricing or listing error is found. If we cancel an order after payment, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and Payment
The checkout page shows the final amount you pay. Shipping is free. Eligible returns are free. We do not charge restocking fees, return fees, or reset fees. There are no hidden charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website.
Shipping
We ship only within the contiguous United States. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. Returns and Refunds
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns require the product to be unused and in original packaging. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are sent by mail. Contact us first to receive return instructions. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive the return. The refund is issued to the original payment method and normally posts within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. No restocking fees apply.
